Shipping and Delivery
Once your order is placed, it is processed and shipped within 1 - 2 business days. We operate Monday to Friday with the exception of public holidays.
3F NYC offers free shipping via United States Postal Service to the contiguous 48 states. Other shipping methods are available via Federal Express, which may include FedEx 2Day, Standard Overnight, and Priority Overnight.

Kindly note that delivery to some rural destinations may take up to 5-7 business days from the time of dispatch.
All orders are fully traceable at our website. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability. We are unable to deliver to post office (PO) boxes, APO or FPO addresses.
We want you to be 100% satisfied. All merchandise is eligible to be exchanged or returned within 30 days of date of delivery.
Conditions that apply for eligibility: Garment is unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached and in it’s original packaging.
3F NYC offers free returns on orders above $150 to the contiguous 48 states. To return or exchange items, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and specify if its a return or an exchange and we will instruct you accordingly.
- Email us and inform us of your return.
- Print out Return labels you received from us.
- Place the item(s) in the original shipping box with the receipt that came with your order.
- Close the box and You can drop off at any of the many USPS locations.
We regret that we cannot be held responsible for anything lost or damaged in transit. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation e-mail. A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 days after we received package.
Before your parcel leaves our warehouse, it is fully checked and controlled by our packing team. If an item received is classified as faulty and was received damaged, you must contact us within 10 days of receipt we can then offer alternatives such as repair or exchanges.
